I’m currently a research scientist at the National Center for Advancing Translational Science, working in the area of cheminformatics, high throughput screening, RNAi, combination screening. Much of my work involves data mining and predictive modeling, along with software development. You can view my CV¬†or my publication list. Outside of work I enjoy cooking and cycling.   4. I am trying to build a pharmacophore model so I can align my 3D QSAR model, using Bioclipse. There are links on their website to sample code that will do the alignment, they seem to point to pages at Indiana U. when you were there, but the pages are now extinct. I’m unsure of how to use the pharmacophore methods and such in Bioclipse… Help!!
